Have you paid, but can you still not find the payment after three working days under My account> Orders? Mail a receipt (copy of bank statement) to info @ boccale, and we will make it work.

If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel the payment, you have the option to pay it later. You log in to your account, go to “Orders” and there you still have the option to pay.

You also have the choice here to choose a different payment method.

If the status of your order is “Canceled”, please contact us and we will change the status so that you can still pay.

You can redeem one or more discount vouchers at the cash register. Enter the code to deduct the amount from your order. You can spend the credit in one go or in parts. If the balance of your gift voucher is insufficient to pay for your entire purchase, you can pay the remaining amount in the way you want.

Do you want to transfer an amount to us yourself? This is not possible at the moment, but we think you have sufficient options to pay.

We offer our business customers the option of paying on account. You can do this by selecting Klarna as payment methods at checkout.
