1. General

These delivery terms apply to the formation, content and performance of all agreements concluded between the customer and the supplier.
The prices stated on Boccale.nl are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Price changes and printing errors in the general conditions reserved.
All rights reserved.
The delivery of all our products is subject to the availability of stock.

2. Shipping costs

Boccale charges postage for delivery.
We charge 6,99 per order for postage, irrespective of the number of products you order.
Depending on the number of items/volume, we send your order in a letterbox box or package.

3. Payment

You will receive confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order with an overview of your order and the total costs, including shipping costs and the method of payment.
Orders outside working days will be answered at the latest the next working day.
Your order will only be delivered after payment. You can pay by bank transfer.

4. Delivery

All products will be offered for delivery to DPD by Boccale no later than one working day after receipt of payment.
If it is not possible to have your product delivered by DPD within three working days of placing the order. You will then be contacted by telephone or e-mail.
DPD generally delivers within one to two working days after Boccale has delivered the order, within the Netherlands.
If the items you ordered are not in stock, we will inform you in good time, and you can then choose to have them shipped later or to cancel the order. If you cancel, the amount already paid will be refunded to your bank/giro account within 14 days.
Boccale is not liable for exceeding the indicated delivery times or loss or damage by DPD.

5. Returns

Boccale endeavours to deliver perfect sports prices. However, due to the personalisation of the product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the customer has received an incorrect order, Boccale will ensure that the correct products are sent out after the incorrect product has been returned and received by Boccale.

6. Liability

The content of this site was compiled with the greatest care.
However, Boccale cannot exclude the possibility that certain information is incorrect and/or incomplete. Boccale is not liable for the consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information on its website.
Boccale cannot be held responsible for colour variations due to screen quality.
The position and size of the actual print may differ slightly from how it appears on the site. Boccale cannot be held responsible for this.

7. Force majeure

Without prejudice to its other rights, Boccale shall, in the event of force majeure, be entitled at its own discretion to suspend execution of your order or dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention by notifying you of this in writing and without Boccale being obliged to pay any compensation unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.

8. Privacy statement

All personal data will be used exclusively by Boccale and will never be made available to third parties, provided that it is necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.

9. Questions

Boccale strives to ensure satisfied customers. Should you have any questions or complaints about the services and/or products of Boccale, please let us know by telephone or email.

10. Complaints and returns.

If Boccale is liable for direct damage, this liability is limited to the amount of the order placed and only insofar as this amount is received by us from the customer. Boccale is never liable for indirect damage.

Only returned items that have been discussed and agreed upon with you in advance will be processed by us. Deviations in colour, finish and size are no reason for complaint and do not constitute a guarantee.
If you return a shipment to us as agreed, all return costs are borne by the customer; however, if it concerns an error that can be attributed to Boccale (for example, faulty product, wrong printing), the costs are at the expense of Boccale; you will then receive a refund of the shipping costs within 14 days into your bank/giro account. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns that are sent to us without postage.
Complaints are always treated seriously, together with you we will look for an appropriate solution, this may be a new replacement product or you can receive your money back, we will then refund the amount you paid for this product (excluding shipping costs) to your account.
